Justin has coached youth sports for the last thirty years, including AAU and Select basketball. This is Justin's 6th year as a head coach for McLean Select and 9th season in the FCYBL (Fairfax County Youth Basketball League). He is a six-time FCYBL "Most Valuable Coach" award winner in his eight seasons.  His teams have a strong history of winning, with numerous regular season and tournament championships.

David has more than 15 years of experience coaching youth basketball.  David has played the game throughout his life, and still plays pick-up basketball. This is David's 3rd season as an assistant coach in the FCYBL.
