The 2025 Winter Middle School clinics are designed for 7th and 8th grade girls to prepare them for their 2025 spring season and ultimately to play at the High School level. The clinics are intended for players with prior volleyball experience who are not playing for a club team this winter. 

Please go to the registration site to register for a clinic, though as of 2024-11-19, both clinics are full and only accepting waitlist registrations. 

The clinic lead is Rob Rudin, who has coached in the MYV Middle School Select (MSS) league since 2019. Each clinic wil include practicing skills, learning a standard offensive formation, and scrimmaging. At the end of the clinic, each player will be better prepared for their spring season, including trying out for and participating in the MSS league if desired. 

Each of the 2 winter sessions includes 4 weeks of Saturday clinics, running from 3:00 to 5:00 pm, at Oakton ES, located at 3000 Chain Bridge Rd, Oakton VA 22124. The dates of the clinics are:

• Session #1 - 4 Saturdays: Jan 11, Jan 18, Jan 25, Feb 1st . 
• Session #2 - 4 Saturdays: Feb 8th, Feb 15th, Feb 22nd, Mar 1st. 

Each player is limited to registering for one session. We will remove this restriction if either session does not fill up.
